Through a collaborative process, the primary objective of the ‘Magic Kitchen’ project is to discover new rich technology and connectivity solutions for consumers in the kitchen environment. The ‘Magic Kitchen’ project will level set technology and application knowledge among key players from across the value chain, take a greenfield approach to concept/solution development and discover new “magic things” for the kitchen environment that will deliver value to consumers and meet expectations without restriction to form and/or function within a five to 15 year time-frame.

Laundry Time Laundry Time examined how effective an "intelligent" laundry solution was at simplifying and saving time on laundry tasks while also uncovering consumer attitudes about remote access and control of laundry appliances.
Consumer Home User InterfaceThis research project examined how product developers and managed solution and service providers can best aggregate data into potentially, one single user interface that is intuitive. The research project also examined how the user interface solution supports the delivery of a digital lifestyle.
